While walking around downtown Chicago, I realized how many people needed help on a day-to-day basis. I witnessed people searching for food in undesirable places.  There are at least 65,000 people experiencing homelessness in the Chicago area.  I knew that I could not help everyone, but I decided to start making a difference in the world.  Nourishing Those in Need fills drawstring bags with essential items. The bags often include, but are not limited to non-perishable food, blankets, deodorant, toothpaste and socks. While driving or walking around, I hand the bags out to the people that need the help. ​The goal is to provide more items to as many people as possible. The company is looking forward to nourishing those in need.​
